Shipping policy
WRONG ADDRESS/UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
If you provide an invalid address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. A team member from Nice Shirt Thanks will reach out to you via support@niceshirtthanks.com for an address correction. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
LOST PACKAGE
First Step
- If your package is lost or stolen, please check with your local post office before contacting our support team.
Next Step
- If you have done the first step and cannot locate your package please contact us through our support email and we will open a case on your order. (support@niceshirtthanks.com)
- Please keep in mind that once your package has left our warehouse, we have little to no control over your package. It is the courier's responsibility to deliver your package to you within the expected time frame.
- Nice Shirt Thanks is not liable for packages marked as delivered or stolen; these will not be refunded or replaced
