Gallery Orders
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS - GALLERY
- If you are unhappy with your unopened and unused product(s) and wish to return them for a refund, you can do so for up to 30 days after the product has been received for a refund of the total excluding shipping costs.
- If there is an issue with your gallery order, please contact us at support@niceshirtthanks.com to receive instructions on how to return your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached.
- Return fees will be at the expense of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION - GALLERY
- Gallery Orders are processed right away. To cancel an order, email support@niceshirtthanks.com in order to have the best chance at having this canceled and refunded. Order cancellation requests sent after an order has gone into production may not be eligible for a refund.
- Gallery sweater orders go into production right away. Order cancellation requests sent after the order enters production will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS - CUSTOM ORDERS
- We do not offer refunds on any custom made orders.
- If you have an issue with your custom made order, please contact us at support@niceshirtthanks.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION - CUSTOM ORDERS
- Refunds for custom made orders can only be issued prior to the order being claimed by a designer.
- Changes on a custom order can only be requested up until the design has been claimed by an artist. At this point, your request may be turned down.
- To receive a status update on your custom order, please contact us at support@niceshirtthanks.com to see if your order has been claimed by a designer.
All Orders
RETURN/REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- We must be notified of the return within 21 days of your receipt of the product.
- The product must still be unused and in brand new condition.
- If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- If your product has a defect (Ex. hole, stain, etc…), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

RETURN LABEL COSTS
- We do not cover shipping label costs for return orders looking for a refund.
- We do not cover shipping label costs for international returns.
- We do cover shipping label costs for incorrect or damaged items (In the U.S.). Please send photos of the incorrect or damaged items as proof to support@niceshirtthanks.com.
EXCHANGES
- We do not offer exchanges or store credit for any products.
