Shipping FAQ
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders generally take about 2–3 weeks to arrive, but it can vary depending on how cursed your request is. Custom stuff takes longer because art takes time—and crying.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! Customs may delay things, but we’ll get your weird shirt to you. No country shall be denied our chaotic fashion.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Because a designer is probably still drawing that goth minion in a little black dress you asked for. Once it’s designed, we ship it. Promise.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your shirt hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@niceshirtthanks.com ASAP. If it has shipped… start befriending the folks at your old address.
Orders FAQ
Where is my order?
It’s either being lovingly crafted by a designer or en route to you. There won’t be updates until it ships—no news is good news (usually).
Where is my confirmation email?
Check your spam folder! Still nothing? Email us with your name and shipping address and we’ll sleuth it out for you: support@niceshirtthanks.com
How do I cancel my order?
If a designer hasn’t claimed your order yet, you can cancel. If they have, it’s go-time and can’t be stopped. Gallery shirts can’t be canceled after they’re fulfilled.
Returns + Refunds FAQ
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t refund customized shirts. Gallery shirts? Yes—product only. Shipping costs are a no-go. Sorry, capitalism made us do it.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
No returns on customizable shirts. Gallery shirts can be returned within 21 days if they’re not worn or smelly or cursed. Email us and we’ll guide you: support@niceshirtthanks.com
Payment FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. No checks, no crypto, no vibes-only payments… yet.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds can take 7–21 business days. It’s like waiting for a sloth to finish their taxes.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not currently. But we dream of the day you can gift chaos to a friend.

What is a customizable shirt?
You type a weird idea, an artist draws it, we slap it on a shirt. Done. Why aren’t all things in life this good?
What’s the image upload option?
Send us a pic of your cat, cousin, cryptid, or design. We’ll use it, redraw it, or just print it depending on your instructions.
What is the Gallery?
Pre-made designs for indecisive legends. Claim a shirt, skip the brainwork.
How do I request a customized shirt?
Copyright stuff:
- Don’t use brands, logos, or celebs (except politicians, those are fair game).
- Too many copyright things? Your shirt might get the generic aisle treatment.
Chill with the details:
- Broad prompts = better art. Specifics lead to heartbreak.
- Try “giant rat CEO with motivational quote” over “Elon Musk doing taxes with Garfield.”
Upload wisely:
- Add a pet, person, or design. Tell us if you want it drawn or printed as-is.
Describe people well:
- Long red curly hair, tatted arm, nervous energy—whatever helps.
Be clear with cultural stuff:
- “Football” means different things across the globe. Be specific unless you want surprises.

Can I request a shirt that I had in my dreams?
If your dream involves a horse wearing jeans and yelling at Congress, yes. Otherwise, we’ll try our best.
My package just arrived, but there's no shirt?
You're lying.
Will my shirt find me love?
Yes, probably not in the way you want, but yes.
