What are your shipping times?

The average turnaround time for customizable orders is 4-6 weeks from time of purchase to the shipping of the product. This, however, cannot be guaranteed and some orders may be subject to longer fulfillment periods. The time for the gallery is 1-3 business days from time of purchase to the shipping of the product.

    What are your shipping rates?

    Orders for Nice Shirt Thanks offers standard shipping for all customizable and gallery options. While still paid for as standard shipping by the customer, sweatshirt and crewneck orders are shipped out as priority shipping. The exact cost of shipping for all international orders will be calculated at checkout.

      Do you offer free shipping?

      Nice Shirt Thanks currently does not offer free shipping on any of its products.

        How do I track my order?

        Upon the fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.

          Do you ship out orders over the weekend?

          Nice Shirt Thanks currently does not ship out orders over the weekend but this is subject to change with an increase in sales.

            Do you ship to my country?

            Nice Shirt Thanks sells worldwide. However, due to policy changes and shipping rates, Nice Shirt Thanks does not currently sell to New Zealand or Australia

              Can I upgrade my shipping speed after my order is placed?

              Nice Shirt Thanks currently does not allow for shipping rates to be changed and has set all shipping rates into place.

                What do I do if there is no movement on my shipment?

                Due to Covid, some packages can show no movement for up to 2 or 3 weeks. As well as seeming to be stuck in transit, some packages will show delays or say that the order will be arriving later than expected. Unfortunately, there is nothing we are able to do to speed up the process of shipment and are unable to track the package once it is in the postal service’s hands. Nice Shirt Thanks cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost in the mail.

                  What do I do if my package is returned to the sender?

                  Once your package is returned to us, we will reach out to you so we are able to verify the correct address. After that, we will resend your order to you.

                    What should I do if my package shows to be delivered but it is not in my mailbox?

                    Oftentimes, packages will show to have been delivered 2-3 days before their actual delivery. We recommend checking with any neighbors or your local post office. Nice Shirt Thanks is not liable for packages marked as delivered or stolen; these will not be refunded or replaced.
