Where is my order?

Our orders may ship out at different lengths of time due to the requirements of the products. For the customizable orders, your order will be claimed by a designer, the design will be created, and then the order will be sent through for the approval or correction process. The order will then be fulfilled and shipped. Following the shipping of your order, you will be emailed a tracking number. There will be no updates between the time an order is placed and the time the order is shipped; this does not mean your order has been lost in our system or the process of fulfillment! 

Where is my confirmation email?

After you order from Nice Shirt Thanks, you will be sent a confirmation email. This email will include your order number, product, size, and description request. If you do not see a confirmation email, make sure to check your spam folder or email us at support@niceshirtthanks.com with the name (first and last) that you ordered under and your shipping address so that we may assist you in finding it.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, email us at support@niceshirtthanks.com to do so. Make sure to include your order number in the email. Customizable orders cannot be canceled once a designer has claimed your order. This time period often lasts up to 5 business days. However, if your order has not been claimed, the order can be refunded. For gallery orders, the order cannot be canceled following the fulfillment of the order. An email will be sent out after a shipping label has been created for your order, thus you will know if the order has been fulfilled or not.

Order limit

Nice Shirt Thanks has an order limit set for the customizable shirts. This order limit is dependent on the demand of orders. In order to have the best chance at having your order placed, we recommend attempting to place your order at exactly 12am Central Time. Once the limit has been reached for the day, we do not open sales again until the following morning at 12am CT.
